
Had some fun with beef ribs I had on hand. A good dousing of Montreal Steak Seasoning and salt on this attempt. My luck did not disappoint. Smoked in stick burner with applewood and oak these beauties did not disappoint. Beautiful smoke ring with a perfect touch of crunch on the outside that was a taste sensation before even reaching the perfectly melted fatty goodness of connective tissue underneath. Internal fat still dripping and moistening the meat after each amazing bite. This is a must repeat for sure. No sauce necessary.
